Paula,

4 months out today. It's a seesaw ride for sure. Feel great though and the past two weeks like it never happened which is dangerous in my mind. Gotta remind myself that im not done healing and take it easy.
Sounds like your off to a great start. Just try to take it easy since most likely there will be ups and downs as you heal. Most likely you will plateau at times and then get stiff and have some new or same pain mechanisms. Dont get discouraged since I have been there and have been told its normal as everything settles. Working on posture really helps. It is very strange to go through. And when they tell you 3 months for significant change they mean it. It seams that the healthier you go in the better the result.
