What I know now
Went for a two level ADR, in Germany, but they could not access the L51, anterior, so I ended with a fusion.
It works, it is strong, so if there were a hybrid, L51 fusion and an L45 adr, I would agree, but not the fusion alone, if there were only one level, I would opt for the disc.
