Hi D, sorry about your situation. You may need more than 4 weeks, but there are so many variables that affect a person's outcome, it's hard to say. How many ADR procedures has that surgeon done? I would try to talk to his patients too.
Way back in 2003, before my 2004 procedure, my doc gave me three spine patients to speak with before I decided. I spoke with each of them. It helped me decide.
