Changing Insurance Plans & Prices
As the president tries to get our economy back on track, it is only a matter of time before the healthcare behemoth is attacked from all legislative sides...
In the meantime, I recently changed insurance plans and it was not easy. Here are a few ideas relative to choosing a new insurance plan:
- This site offers some tools to find all kinds of different insurance plans: http://www.healthinsurancefinders.com/
- I used a similar site to compare the prices among different insurance companies in the state of Mass. The attached doc shows the prices for two people (me and my spouse). I believe the prices vary widely between states; I’d be curious what other people are paying.
- The first topic in this forum provides a list of insurance companies that provide insurance coverage for ADR; this list is old but is a good reference and starting place when comparison shopping.
