stuschulz, I am still working on it. I have a few folks that should know anytime about their appeals, so am waiting for them...don't want to jinx any good decision going there way! But it is coming along, and hopefully once it is up, people can add to it when they get an approval for coverage. Sorry it is taking a while. It's a tad cumbersome. But hopefully, will prove helpful.

7/30/08 Removed bone cement.
8/7/08 Diagnosed with pulmonary embolism, double pneumonia, collapsed left lung, pleurisy, pleural effusion.
3/10/09 right SI Joint Fusion; seeing light at end of tunnel, for first time in 8 years!!
