Saving money is important, no doubt, esp if you don't have much of it. But cheaper isn't always better. Likewise, PT on site immediately after surgery might be useful. I don't know because my cervical PT wasn't too much other than massage and stretching. But you can get PT in the US also. If you are uninsured, that might be a whole other situation. But I can attest to the fact that if you don't have a set up with a doc in the US to follow up with, Xrays, solving problems from surgery etc, that is an issue with surgery outside the US.
