Hi all,
What a great support forum! I have single-level DDD at L5-S1, have already been told I'm a great candidate for ADR, and am seeing Dr McAfee in Towson, MD on Thursday. Anyway, has anyone had any experience with MAMSI insurance? Also, what's the best-case scenario for returning to a sedentary job after ADR? Thanks, -stan

Best case I know is RickH, who flew home from Munich on day 8 and returned to work on day 10.
Don't expect best case... that is not the norm. If you have a slow recovery... anything is possible. If you have a good recovery, 3-4 weeks to a sedentary job... especially part time is certainly doable. You are a good candidate going to one of the top ADR docs in the country...
