Default What CPT codes are used for ADR surgery?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know what CPT codes were used in their ADR surgery, specifically for the surgeon? I'm having a problem because some of the CPT codes the doctor's office is using for surgery are getting denied. I've got 22856 for Total Disc Arthroplasty, Cervical but are any other codes used or needed?

Also, if there were more codes used, what were they? Did your surgeon code and charge for use of fluoroscopy, or a corpectomy, or anything else?

Another way to ask this same question is, what are the usual CPT codes used in ADR surgery?

If anyone has information on this from their EOB or something else and could pass it on to me I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much!

Tim

I did a search but did not find anything recent so I'm hoping someone can help me!

Default Adr

hello timmy

sorry to find you here, but I saw Harrison's name and was going to make another comment, but having been through a long and difficult battle, you may want to try another country, and go for reimbursement.

For the sake of sounding like advertisement for a particular implant, I will use FOUR (there may be others)

Freedom, Physio-L, M6 and LP-ESP, are the latest in what are known as the Fourth or latest generation.
.
Me, I have fought the Insurance, and just get a denial.

Good Luck.
