Hi Biff,
I am new to adr support. I feel so blessed to finally have found this site. I have a severe herniation at cervical 4-5 with severe spinal stenosis. My central canal measures 7mm at c4-5. My symptoms are constant pain in my trapezius( shoulder) pain in neck , numbness and tingling in both arms and hands. My hands go numb all the time at night. Sometimes I drop things especially if I pick them up with one hand only. Driving, talking on the phone( holding receiver to ear), driving will all make my right arm tingle and go numb.
