Default i was told United Healthcare

Apparently (told by a physician) United Healthcare is the only insurance that accepts the mobi-c 2 level. He could be wrong, however he was pretty happy that I had it and need the 2-level mobi-c.

I also read a medical journal by United Healthcare where they say they accept it now

I was the first person to win my Appeal for a 2-level mobi-c back in August of 2014 with United Health Care. Since then, there have been several insurance carriers who have approved them after 3 appeals.
