Default More to add - nerve regeneration

Excerpt and link:

Nerve Regeneration – There are actually a broad range of natural compounds with proven nerve-regenerative effects. A 2010 study published in the journal Rejuvenation Research, for instance, found a combination of blueberry, green tea and carnosine have neuritogenic (i.e. promoting neuronal regeneration) and stem-cell regenerative effects in an animal model of neurodegenerative disease. [1] Other researched neuritogenic substances include:

Curcumin
Lion's Mane Mushroom
Apigenin (compound in vegetables like celery)
Blueberry
Ginseng
Huperzine
Natto
Red Sage
Resveratrol
Royal Jelly
Theanine
Ashwaganda
Coffee (trigonelline)

Default the smelly truth

I took some valerian root, passion flower and magnesium today. The valerian root smell like stinky feet but I got some good relief for several hours! See a post by Cynlite, she has some great suggestion!

Yay! So happy it's helping. Valerian is a must have for every home even if it is stinky LOL.

Here's another suggestion. You'll find it recommended by Harrison and others here on the Board for post surgery. I bought a few bottles. I'm not sure how well it works on me but, others have said it works for them. It's inexpensive so worth a shot. It's a homeopathic. Make sure to take at least 30 minutes after you have eaten and with at least 30 minutes before you eat. Those are the rules for homeopathics:
