Of course this is just my opinion.
You can not pinpoint the cause of ones pain by film alone.
I was told by Biersdadt/Malte that i needed a 3 level ADR and that my facets were fine.
Just had my first set of facet blocks and most of my pain is gone.
Make sure you cover all bases before you allow an overseas doc to diagnose you.
