Depuy called me today to let me know a journalist will be getting in touch with me regarding my successful Charite procedure. This may be in reference to an article or video., as such it was mentioned they were going to use a variety of media. As soon as I know more I will post.

Laura,

Can't think of a better spokes person.

How are you doing? What can you do these days? Is life back to normal? Would love an update.

You are an inspiration.

Thanks Pauletteski, I'll do my best

I am doing good, let's see I have fallen down 3 times. I have strained the muscles in my lower back 3 times really bad...it amazes me how much the Charite can take. I have gotten a lot stronger everywhere, but still need more strengthening in my middle lower back area.I can balance myself really well now whereas before I would stumble.

If I could just stop injuring other parts of my body I might be able to be more consistent in working out. I have had a lot of instances of pulled muscles, a shoulder injury and now I may have a broken toe, I have said this before, if I were a horse someone would shoot me!

My adominal area is really bloated, I am wondering if I may have a haital hernia, I had a femoral hernia that was successfully repaired 2004.

All of my leg pains related to my disc problem have been gone since surgery....I do not miss that! My flexiblity has increased so much I do not get that tight or stiff anymore and find I do not have to stretch as much...although I still do.

I start school in two weeks and am looking forward to it...something different for a change, I have been soooo bored lately.
