Seasoned members may recall the ADR Incubator I launched a while back. Reappearing again, its time has come and it will now remain in perpetuity.

As the community grows larger, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain. As well, I work full-time and cannot devote the time I would like to proactively manage both tactical & strategic issues. So, it may be time for you chosen ones to step up to the plate. Stated differently, it may be your heavenly calling. Alright, maybe your virtual family calling!?

My biggest priority is to recruit an advisory board to address a few serious matters. Some of these sensitive topics are urgent and require immediate attention, while others are strategic and can wait a few weeks.

Whatever the case, I need to recruit members as advisors who are willing to make a commitment for at least one year. Much of our work (if not all of it) can take place virtually in the new incubator. However, I hope to initiate quarterly meetings (online/conference call) to update advisors on the issues and facilitate timely feedback and advice.

If you are interested in helping our community stay healthy, active and enduring, please email me if you would like to be a volunteer advisor. If so, lets talk this weekend, but please a phone # and a time to reach you.

Thank you!
