It's also worth remembering that the nerves heal from the RF ablation. If you don't have a plan to fix the area, you'll be back in the same position in 2-3 years, more or less, when the nerves shut down by ablation heal. Laura did use RF ablation but it was to buy time while she pursued other structural repairs so that she was net-improved when the nerves came back online, so to speak.

thanks for the heads-up, yeah I'm looking for a more permanent solution.

50 yrs old
2001- tore L34 and L45 after chiropractor had me do a cobra stretch during a back strain, became immobile w/ chronic spasms.
2002- IDET from the inventor Dr Saal. Got mobility back, but frequent flare-ups ever since, no sports, no sitting soft chairs/sofa.
Considering ADR in hope of being more active.
