Hi folks, well today is my birthday(Trafalgar Day) and at age 69 I am doing extremely well with my Charitee disk.
 I wish all members a pain-free day, the traffic lights be green on your way to work, may the sun shine on you if you're out of doors and the Good Lord Bless you. Best wishes to everybody Alastair
