Dont expect anything from them either I fought with them all last year to no avail to try to get a 2 level Charite done. I dont want to be the bearer of bad news but I sent them document after document only to be told once again that they still considered this experimental. If you do try this go in with guns blazin and be aware they have non qualified physicians to look over your case.
