Hi everyone,
I have been helping Rich with the site's problems. I have been working with the hosting company to try and resolve the problems. They are denying that there are issues, which is absurd. They require screen shots of the problem and a time and date stamp of when the problem was experienced. Please email me screenshots of any errors that you are experiencing and the exact date and time that you experienced the problem. I also need the exact URL that you tried to access when you got the error. Thanks, Dan

Thx Dan, and my continued apologies to all. The hosting company does appear to be grossly negligent; it's beyond me why they can't fix the problem. I've been advised that they can not support more than 50 concurrent users on this site.
Whatever the excuse du jour, we have been working to move to another hoster. One of the challenges is converting the rest of the site (done in active server page, or ASP) into straight html. If any techies out there can help with this code transition, pls let me know.

I've been working with the hosting company. The ticket has been moved to level 3 support. Thanks everyone for emailing me your screenshots.
Dan

After emailing screenshots, trace routes, error messages and speaking with several people from the hosting company over the past 2 months they still refuse to acknowledge a problem because they cannot recreate it.
I am not one to give up, but when you are willing to work a problem and the other side isn't, it's quite difficult to make progress... Please bear with us while we work on the rehosting solution. Respectfully, Dan

Hi Dan,
It sounds like you're dealing with idiots running resistance. This shouldn't be happening for so long. Any way to jump ship and get a partial refund? Be well, Allan
