I am having either a 2-level or 4-level with Dr. Bertagnoli on June 19th. A discogram the day before will determine which. If it is 4-level, what can I expect post-operatively, specifically how soon did those with a 4-level return to work? I will have an adr at the L1/2 level, I suspect. Does adr at this level change what long-term restrictions there may be? I am an RN with a heavy work load.
