Some folks here have had some nasty falls, due to slipping on ice. Well, tis the season…and I wouldn’t want any of you making the mistake(s) I did in 2003 in my driveway!

A few years ago, I received the “YakTrax” as a gift and think they are great, see: https://www.yaktrax.com/product/walk

I just wish I could get my parents to wear them…

I have these. I bought a pair of the Pro's for my wife who has had two knee surgeries. I also just bought a pair for my mother-in-law as she thought they looked great. We all live in snow and ice country so cannot afford to land on our butts and/or knees.

Listen to your oldsters and buy these!

Thanks Terry, you are right! In the past week, I heard of 3 different spine patients slipping and falling on their butts & hardware...be careful and prepared!

Moral of the story: protect your ASSets.

On your recommendation I purchased a pair. They truly saved my life this week and I'll never go to the mountains without them. Thanks Harrison.
