Hi! Need help... 2 level prodisc-c or hybrid?

Hi, I'm looking at a 2 level (c5-7) prodisc with Dr. Lauryssen or another surgeon, Dr. Khurana (w DISC in Marina del Rey), has recommended staying with a hybrid, at most, due to some bridging ossification. The spondylosis is classified as mild at this point.

I've done hours of research, but I keep having cyclical logic problems and go back and forth. I am awaiting Cigna to approve, which may influence things.

Any advice or insight is appreciated!
