I have received a denial for my ADR at L5-S1 with Dr Regan. I have Pacificare insurance.
I have been told that all other patients with this insurance have received approvals. If anyone has had the ADR or is planning on having it and has received an APPROVAL or DENIAL from Pacificare PPO/POS will you email me at mary@becketts.ws I would really appreciate it. It will help in my appeal process. Dr Regan's office was really shocked.
