Has anyone heard of Healthcare Advocates...a Philadelphia based company that specializes in getting involved in healthcare insurance disputes for a fixed fee?

Yes, I talked to them a while back at length, but cannot recall the exact details. They may be a good resource for patients -- thanks for the reminder.
