Default Another NG. Hello ADR Forum.

Decided to stop being a lurker and reg up. ADR Support is an amazing resource and I'm looking forward to making a few friends here. Thanks!

3/10: Work related injury to lower lumbar spine. L4/L5-Herniation(5-6mm) with annular tear, L5 nerve root compression and central canal stenosis. L5/S1- Herniation(6-7mm).
3/10 to 3/11: Attempt to rehab with conservative treatment including multiple PT's, chriropractic, acupuncture, etc.
4/11: First series of epidural injections.
5/11: Second series of epidural injections(facets).
1/7/2013: ADR at L4/L5, L5/S1 with ProDisc-L by Dr. Michael Kropf @ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
