Procedure Wise it is quite clear that 3 level ADR of L3 to S1 seems to be the all the doctors I have talked to thoughts. Only one mentioned possible Hybrid but said it was unlikely but they did not want to rule it out.

Doctor Wise Not totally decided yet, getting close
1. I have decided m6 is not for me so those doctors are off the list

I am pretty much down to two doctors, deciding on Lp ESP or Pro Disc depending on the doctor I go with. I think both would do a great job but just havent fully decided yet.

I also decided to go for the LP-ESP for multiple reasons. I am now 4 1/2 months post op (one level ADR at L5/S1) with Dr. Biren Desai in Cologne, Germany and super-happy with my results I have a website, "LifeAfterADR.com" where I documented my surgery and recovery. Let me know if you have any questions.

thanks I started reading your website, thank so much for sharing your story like this, will read more of it later this weekend. Wish I only had one level to deal with but three it is.

Dr Desai was high on my list of doctors at one point but his lack of communication was a bit to much for me.

Default Rischke

I had a very complicated 3 level lumbar ADR with Rischke May 24 and both he and the pyramid clinic were fantastic. I out my story up a few days ago on the outcomes section. I could have saved $6k by having the surgery in Germany versus Zurich but given my complications I am so glad I was in Zurich as the pyramid took incredible care of me.
Best of luck.
