Default Guess what

So I look into the fact that if I did my pre-op here in the US to save money; I might not be saving at all! If they don't not get pre-approval for the surgery I am having in Spain, they may deny my pre-op tests here. Here those tests will cost about $2500, over there they are only $350. that is ladies and gents a no brainer! I am having them done in Spain...
