Default Hello everyone!

Ive been getting a lot of research time and this site looks just what Ive been looking for. See my MRI report. Thanks for looking!
Rick

At L3-L4 there is subligamentous disc protrusion stable from prior. There is no central canal stenosis.
Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing is present At L4-L5 there is diffuse disc protrusion and annular tear. There is moderate facet arthropathy with mild to moderate central stenosis similar to the prior study.
Moderate right and mild left foraminal narrowing for the exiting L4 nerve roots seen.
L5-S1 is unremarkable
IMPRESSION:
Mild to moderate central stenosis at L4-L5 due to combination of diffuse subligamentous disc protrusion facet arthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. Moderate right and mild left foraminal narrowing for the exiting L4 nerve roots.

Default Pain

Thanks for asking. My pain levels range from 3-4 to 8-9 depending on what I am doing. I do nothing but limp in to work and back home to the couch.
