Thanks again Chuck! I am looking forward to a brunch with "my boys." One of my sons had a regatta in Philly over the weekend (he's a big rower) and is flying home just this am. Just a blessing to me to be on "the other side" of this major surgery, in recovery mode, and able to spend the day with my loved ones. Thank-you for your thoughtful words to all us Moms... (can't wait for my appt. tomorrow to see 4 week x-rays...Please pray all is as it should be)

Thanks, Chuck. I think your good wishes worked. I had a great day with my pain controlled. My daughter called to wish me a Happy Mother's Day. My husband and I went for a lovely dinner and we even managed a small hike in the woods. (The trail is paved so not too challenging.) Something I haven't done for months.

Thanks Chuck! 11 weeks post-op from a 2-level lumbar surgery, my husband felt great on Mother's Day and let me sleep in for the first time in a year and a half! He woke up early and did the entire morning routine with our two boys, ages 1 and 2. He diapered, fed and dressed them, did dishes, laundry and picked up toys! He even let me have a nap in the afternoon, something I've been too busy to do since 2005!

Go Prodiscs!!!
