Question Anyone hire a lawyer to go after UHC?

Hi there. I am going to try to get approval from UnitedHealthCare for single level lumbar ADR with Dr. Delamarter. I am expecting a denial and want to launch an immediate, thorough, aggressive appeal. I'm in California. I am wondering if anyone has had to hire counsel (or a "patient advocate" to get coverage from UHC? I am looking into the possibility of hiring a lawyer for a very limited surgical strike to see if I can get approved. I just don't want to fight for months. I will go to Bertagnoli in Germany by March if I fail but want to try. Any ideas???
THANKS!!!!!
