Somewhere on this website i saw some information reguarding new insurance procedure codes for ADR. This procedure code for ADR Lumbar surgery is 0091T. This code was supposedly released in Jan. 2005 and is suppose to go into effect July-01-05. I wonder what bearing this will have with insurance companys balking on paying for ADR. Thanks, JF110
