Does anyone know if Dr Bertagnoli charges for a second opinion and how that is done please?
Best

I would guess its just like normal, whereby you send your medicals to Dr. Fenk-Meyer and she will go over the records with Dr. B and get back with you within usually couple weeks. They haven't charged any US patients that I am aware of as far as reviewing records and discussing what treatment your most suited for.

But if your talking of letting them know up front that they won't be doing surgery but you just want a 2nd opinion, I would guess there would be a charge, as is case in US with most doctors.

Is this what your asking?

Thanks Bill,
I am inquiring on behalf of a UK patient who is having terrible problem getting proper diagnosis done. She's going to have to look to Europe I am afraid
Best,
Alastair

I don't think it would be any different though. Drop Dr. F-M an e-mail with copy of films attached.
