Serrapeptase is an enzyme that helps with inflammation.

Serrapeptase - Serratia Peptidase, a natural anti-inflammatory | Aviva.ca

I take 6-8 capsules of 300 Mg turmeric and 150 Mg Bromelain a day. I take 3-4 10 Mg capsules of serrapeptase and 8000 Mg of flax seed oil every day. I break it down into 4 doses each day. Take the serrapeptase on an empty stomach 1 hour before eating for the best results. Otherwise, the serrapepase can act as a digestive aid instead of an anti-inflammatory.

My husband read you should switch up the omegas. Like change to a different brand each time you buy new ones. I'll do some research on the ones you took and see what I can dig up.

Oh, and bromelain is GREAT! Also you should be taking a good probiotic to help counteract all the meds you are taking.

I liked, The Complete Book of Enzyme Therapy, by Anthony J. Cichoke. Most libraries have it.

I hadn't heard that before. Interesting. I should also say that I eat organic Greek yogurt to help with my digestion too. I developed "tummy issues" because of the pain medications that I needed to take. The yogurt's probiotics really helped me.

Red face

Y'all may know this, but each yogurt or kefir product has their own selection and formulation of probiotic (bacterial) strains. No two competing products have the same strains, number of strains, or amounts of probiotic microbes.

I've talked to some researchers that have expressed concerns that some of the bugs may not be beneficial, even dangerous, but I've not had the time to do any follow-up research.

In the meantime, I use kefir everyday on my morning cereal and like it very much!

Thanks for that Bebe, I mean Lillyth. never heard of that product before. It seems most of the flavors have appr 4 species per bottle, the kefirs have 2-3 times that. Dunno if it matters.
