Great to hear Claudia, keep it up!
I will be 5 months post op on Monday, and I'm able to do quite a bit of physical labour already without hardly any pain!

Before surgery: severe spinal stenosis C5/C6 (cord "flattened" per stateside doc), + for Hoffman's & Babinsky's.
At time of surgery: 5 yrs MAX before ending up in wheelchair.
Clavel found L5-S1 partially fused. Had to cut it apart to put in M6.
Please excuse brevity - SEVERE carpel tunnel.

I had a three level ADR lumbar spine surgery with Dr. Bierstedt. The M6 was used. As much as surgery sucks, they were all really good. The hospital in Hattegen, the post op at Medicos. And Dr. Bierstedt , down to earth, and he makes you feel comfortable about what you are going to have to go through. Plus, in following him in some of his work, he's done some amazing surgeries.

Hello Boris; I am happy to hear that you were pleased with the experience. How are you feeling now about 5 months after your surgery? I am still on the fence. Thank, Mike
