Bill,

I sort of know what you mean with the staples & all. When I had my first micro-d at L5-S1, they used stapes in my low back to close the incision. The surgery wasn't that bad, but everytime I would lay on my back, those staples were like tiny needles jabbing me. I can't imagine what it is like on the gluteus maximus. You are about half way there to getting them out. Just a little bit more to go.
