I had the activ-l put in. I went to Germany for it. No regrets!

Colorado Babe, I would love to hear more of your story too and will PM you after I get a feeling for how this injection is going. It looks like there is somewhat of a consensus about the fusion at this level. The Activ L disc sounds promising though and will research on that too. Will continue the research and post outcomes so that I may help others too!

Thanks all!
I look forward to chatting with you. I hope your injection is helping. I was highly allergic and didn't do well with it.

Default facet injection

Hi all,
Had my facets injected over a week ago. I have had interesting results and not sure what to make of it. Prior to the injection, I was not able to bend forward without significant pain and extreme weakness. Forget putting on socks! Bending backward hurt a lot too but is not as necessary as forward. Now I can bend forward without pain although am still weak. What I am finding is that my low back muscles are so tight and almost in spasm, it is very uncomfortable. This rigidity is causing the muscles in mid back to fatigue and ache. My natural lordosis is gone, back will not relax and my sciatic has increased. Has anyone else had this experience? Does anyone know what this indicates? I have not heard back from my doctor yet. Had a little dry needling which helped but only for the short term.
