Found this while surfing, looks like the State of CT has a bill on record that will require Insurance companies to pay for ADR???

ADR Friendly State I guess. I can not find who other than the Insurance and Real Estate Committee proposed this. The public hearing was on March 11. I didn't get the call. I would have loved to gone to this one. Thanks for the post John, it is encouraging. Representative Chris Stone is on the committee and his legislative aide Robyn Tracey probably has the details. Both can be reached at 860-568-4060.

Also found this proposal that is on the Wisconsin Workers Comp Commission's agenda

what you found is great as is the Conn. finding. I don't kwow what's up with CA. as it seems some WC are approved and some aren't~
