I am a long-term cervie. I am trying to find current info about the possibility of: 1) getting Workers' Comp to pay for ADR surgery, probably at two levels, or 2) pay for it myself, probably in Germany, without jeopardizing WC disability payments or lifetime medical after surgery.

First injured C4-7 in 9-95.
Had CED (MISS) at those levels 1-00 and regained my life.
New injury + re-injury C3-7 in 8-06, initially causing "claw hand."
Latest MRI shows: 4.5mm disc protrusion,
