Hi everyone; I'm still here!
Quick baby/back update:
James is doing great at 5 months (almost 16lbs.)! He has not quite learned to sleep through the night yet but getting closer! As far as my back, lifting him has caused some muscle pain in my upper back and some lower pain, but it is nothing like pre-surgery pain! I went back to physical therapy. I am very cautious when it comes to lifting him! Any future moms with concerns please email happy to talk to about concerns as I had a ton!
Hope everyone is recovering and doing well!
Jenn

I wanna be a future mom! Wait-I already am a mom-want to be again! I can't remember what you had done, but I'm always interested in post-ADR baby stories! How was your pain? How far post-op were you??
