Default The Raindrop Technique - Essential Oils

This video explains a technique that has been around for hundreds of years, originating from the Lakota Indians:

RainDrop Technique Part 1 - YouTube

The research mentioned mid-way into the video underscores what I've been saying for years -- what many doctors have said and continue to say: viruses and bacteria settle in the spine and cause disease. Most of you have seen this topic, but a reminder that this is a long, multi-year topic with plenty of evidence about the etiology of disease in the spine:

I can tell you that many essential oils are anti-bacterial and anti-viral; some are even anti-biofilm. This is definitely worth looking into because it has helped some patients get better and even avoid surgery. Even post-op, this would be a prudent measure for many people.

Please chime in if you can add anything to this valuable therapeutic remedy.
