I have seen a handful of approvals with Anthem BCBS. The appeals process can be overwhelming, but I've seen that the "sqeaky wheel" tends to get this approved. Keep fighting!!!

I have federal blue cross blue shield and have been told there is a site which will tell me what states will pay for the ADR under this insurance. I have been searching and can't find it. Can anyone help me?

Not that this really helps all that much (noting that you live in WY, not NJ), but I am presuming that you have already located the BCBS for NJ site:

Regence BCBS from the State of Washington approved my hospital stay (most of the cost of the surgery) on the 1st try.
