I HAD AN ESI INJECTION AND BC/BS OF WY PAID. I HAVE HEARD THAT SOME INSURANCE CO. WONT PAY FOR PAIN MANAGMENT THOUGH. RECHECK. BRENDAWY

WAITING ON INS APPROVAL (HA HA) ADR 2 LEVEL
