Question

The first document seems very thorough, but it seems to be more about fusion and not on adr.

I would be very interested in postop instructions for lumbar adr. My surgeon did not give me any. I feel a bit like "on my own" after surgery. I hope I don't end up doing anything wrong... Did anyone else get sent home without any specific guidelines?
