Mark,
I know you have a crowded schedule, but I was wondering if you might slide in a few minutes of insurance coverage and whats the latest and how overseas ADR recipients can go about getting insurance reimbursed. Just a thought, there are a number of people looking to get reimbursed and don't know how the system works... Ann
