Thanks for your empathy~ and the four letter words!

WC had been very good to me for many years, until just recently with the new legislation in place. It's very disconcerting as I am someone that could be very marketable if I were well enough to work and I definately have gads more of compassion and understanding for the status or condition of pain, acute, chronic, or episodic ~ not to mention many other conditions now like physiologic dependancy on an opioid medication, migraines, gerd, relentless constipation that must be treated with dynamite practically and on and on ad naseum!!

A better RN,Nurse Practitioner I would be most definately~

1101 GMT [Dow Jones]--Synthes (SYST.VX) on Wednesday is expected to post a 15% rise in 1H net profit to $257.3M from $224.5M, according to an average of 5 analysts forecasts polled by Dow Jones Newswires. The rise in net profit is driven by a 13% increase in 1H sales to $1.16B from last year's $1.03B, due to further product rollouts, expansion of its sales force and solid underlying growth of the spine and trauma markets. EBIT is seen at $394M, up from $357.1M. Analysts will eye gross profit margin development, any update on the pending FDA approval for its artificial disc ProDisc and comments about the royalty deal with the AO foundation. Trades -0.2% at CHF141.60. (SWZ)

Hi,

Is there any update to the prodisc being approved , as I am due to have a 2 level prodisc in November. Don't really fancy it , if it has failed some testing. Should I be requesting another disc ..eg Charite ??
