I am in the process of scheduling and getting approval for a two level adr surgery. I was wondering if there are any members that have Humana as a healthcare provider? My greatest concern right now is what will and will not be covered.

WDKing,
I have Humana HMO as well. I'm in the process of getting approval to do ADR on one level. From what I have read, the only way you can get a two level replacement is if you go overseas. There may be some trial on two level ADR but not sure. Margaret |

There have been 2 levels done here in the states. It is "off label" for the Charite and in the study for the Pro-Disc. the problem is getting insurance to pay for them. Getting the to pay for 1 level is a problem as well.
