Well, I'm a weather fanatic. Ugh: Europe can get as muggy as NY/DC in a heat wave. I almost died in...Switzerland's lower elevations yrs. ago and in France.

Btw, I was impressed by the Class II tornado a few days ago In a UK city (name forgotten).

Well I really suffered when I was across there in 2002 it was July the 26th.

I was unaware that air-conditioning was available and we had acquired a fan from one of the more exclusive rooms. I was on the 14th floor and there were 22 floors -- -- -- all that heat coming up from the other 13 floors and it was thunder and lightning and all sorts at night the lightning just lit the room.

This is why I always remind people because my time across there was so uncomfortable in the heat and rain.
Best,
Alastair

The tornado was in Birmingham; ours like trailer parks.

Your body can adapt to tropical moisture/heat to some degree but still, it's horrible.
