I notice that all posts from July 31, and Aug 1-4 are no longer here. I know the site was down for a couple of days, but also notice that earlier posts are no longer here. We missed you all!

I use this forum to give me the strength to help get through the day. I didn't realize how much until it was gone. I'm sure glad it's back!

Hey Spineys (good and bad/new and old~ parts that is) Missed this place! Didn't realize how much I connect with this group as well as utilize it as a resource place in terms of learning new things and updating/adding to what I already know. This is "THE ADR PLACE" as far as I'm concerned and even tho I can go to websites with surgeons performing ADR and other surgical techniques.. here's where I get the real info, from the people who are going there, been there, or work there!
Thank you for restoring the forum!!!!

Hi folks. I was just now able to log back in (Saturday 3:00 PM)! I sent this to you a few moments ago...

I am very sorry for yet another board painfully long outage. The web hosting company (Hostcentric) migrated thousands of hosting clients to a higher reliability environment. Ironically, it interfered with the discussion board for the last 5 days. They may or may not be able to recover 3-4 days of lost posts.

This was so frustrating, and I was powerless except for the many calls I made to their technical support. My (volunteer) technical admin, Moki, was very helpful (as usual). Thx Moki, if it were not for you, there would be no ADRSupport!

Thanks for understanding, I hope you can all come back to engage in one of the most helpful communities on the Internet.
