Default Hello

I'm a 40 year old Canadian female with lower back and sciatica issues. It has become unmanageable over the last four years. I have tried many conservative treatments including a double left side laminectomy at L3/4 L4/5. I am currently looking into ADR. I have sent my information to several dr's. I am trying to decide between two DR's, Dr. Rischke & Dr. Bertagnoli, who use different disc's, LP-ESP and Prodisc-L, respectively. I have come to this forum to try to gain knowledge & information on these prosthesis to help me make the most informed decision
