Help needed! Looking for ADR-L PAID claims
Hey all,
I'm in the process of writing my appeal for my hybrid lumbar ADR for BCBS Florida, and I'd like to include names and dates of surgery for anyone who had theirs paid. I would gladly share my info if I win the appeal. Already spoken with Billyboy, and have his info.. Anyone else willing to share? I'll take ANY insurance coverage, but also want to try and set a precedent for BCBS covering ADR on Lumbar level. Thank you VERY much!

Hi Deb,
I had Blue Corpse Blue Sled in 2004. My ADR was June 24, 2004. I appealed and won and was reimbursed. Dr. Robert Banco did the surgery. Sorry, I don't have the paperwork handy.
