I'm curious as to where I can find videos of people working out or playing sports post lumbar adr surgery? I have seen a video of tenniskid (spelling) playing tennis and one of clavels patients riding her bike but that's about it. I think it would be a tremendous help to see videos of people post surgery even if it's just day to day activities.

I don't like having pictures or video's taking of myself but here's a few pics my wife took of me snow blowing our drive way in about -30c. First time in about 2 years and the years when I did do it there was not nearly as much snow like we had this year.

I've done it twice more since then and I'm going to do it this weekend as well.

I always test my drop box links and this one didn't seem right. Let me know, you should get about 8 pics.

I did this about 1 year post op a 3 level surgery.

There is the video of one of Clavels patients by the name of Sonya. I'm sure if you Google it you'll find it.

Okay, it's pretty boring.

Keep in mind I was considered disabled prior to my surgery. I used my sticks to get around when I could, and that wasn't very often. https://www.dropbox.com/s/zekvlqru75v6rih/IMG_0015.JPG
My doctors, both GP and pain doc wanted me on a walker or double walking sticks, you know the ones you grip with your hands and have a clasp above the elbow.
So here is a vid of what I did today, please understand my wife thinks the camera will compensate when its rotated. Edit. having problems uploading the video. Keep in mind there is no internet neutrality anymore. That basically means the isps can slow down internet feeds that they want money from. I've heard Netflix is willing to pay.
This may very will be slow, drop box is on the isp's target. AND I can't even paste it.
